BRAINYKIDDY QUIZ '09

BrainyKiddy Quiz involves Mathematics, Integrated Science and Information and Communication Technology in the three years syllabi of the Junior High School and involved both private and public schools. The program among other things aims to:
1. Intensify the desire for learning Mathematics and Science as well as ICT in the basic level of education
2. Create a platform for exposure of the pupils to national competition
3. Encourage healthy competition among our youth
4. Instill in our students discipline and academic excellence
5. Promote private sector development through national exposure and advertisement through the various media organizations
6. To clear the general misconception and perception of the Ghana populace about Mathematics and Science and Technology

The program commenced in January with the group stages and now is the Regional's which is coming up in the month of June with the fixtures as follows:

MEETINGS
May 15 - Meeting with teachers of qualified schools
May 19 - Meeting with the Ghana Education Service for approval and debriefing
May 20 - Meeting with the Management of Aki-Ola Publications, the main sponsor of the program
